Two Wirral-based estate agents who have recently joined us as affiliate agents of the HonestyBox. This means they’ll be using our first of its kind platform to offer clients a means in which to secure their property transactions and remove some of the stresses of moving home!
But first, let’s get to know our affiliate agents a little better.
Martin & Co. (Moreton & Bebington)
Established in 2004, the Martin & Co. Moreton & Bebington branches have been providing areas within and around the Wirral with superb estate and letting agent services. The offices are based in Moreton and Bebington but support the property markets in Hoylake, West Kirby, Birkenhead, Upton, Wallasey, Newferry, Port Sunlight, Heswall and Neston too. That’s just naming a handful!
The franchise director, Alan Rooke, is a long-standing landlord himself so has first-hand experience of what landlords and tenants need for a successful letting experience. On top of that, the Martin & Co. team supports Alan in delivering a high standard of service in not just lettings but also in the residential sales market. They’re fully licensed by the National Approved Lettings Scheme and are members of the Property Ombudsman. So, you know you’re in good hands.
We’re over the moon that Martin & Co. (Moreton & Bebington) has decided to affiliate with the HonestyBox, proving not only how forward-thinking their company is, but how dedicated this ethical outfit are to ensuring their clients always get the best experience possible when buying or selling property. Hewitt Adams (Heswall)
A young estate agency but by no means lacking in experience, Hewitt Adams launched in 2016, initially as Andrew’s Estates Heswall. When the office became the official Hewitt Adams base, directors Ben and Dan welcomed success after success. They’d already received the Gold Award for Heswall from the British Property Awards in 2017 in their previous guises as Andrew’s Estates Heswall. That same team has now just gone on to win Bronze Award in the North West of the country in the ESTAS only this month! Proving customer service and care is at the very heart of what they do.
Ben Adams and Dan Hewitt founded Hewitt Adams with almost two decades of estate agency experience between them. They’ve gone from strength to strength with the help of their team, offering award-winning estate and letting agent services to clients in Heswall and surrounding Wirral areas.
